Returns and Refund Policy

At Pet Products R Us we are committed to customer satisfaction!.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,14 days has not passed since delivery, the product is still in its original packaging and in a saleable condition We will happily provide a full refund (including initial delivery charges) 
Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the return postage. 

All returns must be notified to Pet Products R Us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged item(s), as well as the original shipping box and exterior packaging (including the shipping label). This documentation is strictly required to verify transit damage with our courier service and process an insurance claim.
We are unable to issue refunds or dispatch replacements without this visual verification, or until the item is returned back to us for a manual physical inspection.
