I’m so disappointed in the advert those look moist yet they are are as dry as can be I’ve had to wet them so very disappointed I will not be buying them again that’s for sure I used one before I wrote a review it washed her face that’s all I wanted and it was ok but when I used them for her body they were hopeless lack of moisture in them I even turned them upside down thinking the liquid had drained out of them no it didn’t work what a waste of money

Sorry to hear this, i was going to advise sending us an email as this does not sound right but it seems they were not purchased from us as cannot find an order under your name.
I would contact the company you bought them from and see what they say.
